Where do I even start......Debbie and Harry are absolute superstars. From beginning to end, they made our house purchase and sale so straight forward (even when everything was against us and the solicitors dragged their feet!!)

Having used Freelancer Lets to find tenants for my properties for many years, I can honestly say that their vetting procedures together with their inherent insight, has been the best I have experienced. Every tenant that they have found for me (and there's been numerous) have looked after the properties and always paid diligently. Arran must take a lot of credit for this. I have also used their services to sell properties, the most recent sale completion being in January 2025. If you need an estate agent to go that extra mile, refuse to be overcome by the usual problems and generally smooth the process over even when things are getting bumpy, then Gabby should be your choice. An excellent communicator who responds to questions and queries promptly and updates you on the progression of the sale. I really cannot recommend Freelancer Lets and Sales highly enough.
